Mr. Dog accepts returns/exchanges within 7 business days from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for an exchange or refund, the item must be returned in clean and unused condition, with tags and literature attached. All return items must be re-sellable, which is in original condition and in original packaging. Any items returned to us in used condition without packaging will not be credited. Unfortunately we cannot refund or accept return of toys that have been in your dog's mouth for sanitary reasons. Treats cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged. We cannot issue credit or process an exchange until we receive and inspect the items being returned. 

You must email us at to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions to qualify for a refund or exchange. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return and write your RA# visibly on the outside of the shipping package and on the packing slip. Please tell us why you are returning our product, so that we can continue to improve our service.

Customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. Mr. Dog is not responsible for improperly packaged, damaged or lost returns. We will not issue a refund for damaged or lost products. For your protection, we encourage you to send your return prepaid via UPS or FedEx. We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product only.

For items you wish to exchange, please follow the return instructions above, and then place a new order for the items you would like. Exchanges are handled as separate transactions. Please note shipping charges are not covered in the exchange

Please note that a 15% restocking fee will apply to all beds.

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:

  • Clearance Items
  • Personalized Items
  • Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)
